Coaching Program Refund Policy

This policy is applicable for the Get the Man of Your Dream Accelerator Program

We guarantee that if within the first 3 weeks you have completed all of the homework required and didn’t love Gina’s recommendations you can get your money back.

To request a refund:

1. Participant must complete all assignments and course materials for weeks 1-3 within 21 days of purchase.

2. Participant must provide all required materials for the personalized recommendations within 14 days of purchase.

3. Email ElevateYouWithGina@gmail.com with proof of purchase and reason for cancelation.

Refunds must be requested no later than 21 days from purchase. Requests after 21 days from purchase will be ineligible for refund.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of G. Hendrix Enterprises, LLC. All requested refunds may be required to complete an exit survey prior to the processing of refund.

Gina’s Matchmaking Database Refund Policy

This policy applies to the following services: Premium Profiles, Love Consultation and other Private Consultations

We understand that, at times, life gets unexpectedly crazy and you may not be able to attend your scheduled meeting. Please read our policies carefully:

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule up to two times, with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of being not being able to attend your scheduled meeting, without incurring any additional fees.

Less than 24 hours notice or failure to reconfirm your meeting no later than 24 hours prior to its appointed time will be considered a cancelation.

Cancelation or No-Shows:

Fees for this service are non-refundable. If you fail to confirm your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, fail to appear for a confirmed appointment or exceed the limit of rescheduling two times, any fees paid will be forfeit.
