The arbitration will be located in Los Angeles, CA, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by the court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration will take place before one arbitrator who will be assigned to the matter and selected pursuant to the applicable rules. The arbitrator may determine how the costs and expenses of the arbitration shall be allocated between the parties, but he or she shall not award attorneys’ fees.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
